Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
Maison no. 5 is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Maison no. 5 is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review your claim.
Hair that has been installed, washed, brushed, combed, cut, colored, bleached, chemically treated, heat styled, or altered in any way is not eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement.

Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed, as orders begin processing shortly after they are received.
Maison no. 5 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
Hair Disclaimer
Maison no. 5 offers 100% raw Indian hair, with each bundle sourced from a single donor.
Because our hair is completely raw and unprocessed, natural variations in color, texture, wave pattern, curl pattern, density, and fullness are expected. These differences are what make raw hair unique and are not considered defects.
Natural color may vary slightly from bundle to bundle, and product photos are intended to represent the hair as accurately as possible. However, appearance may differ slightly due to lighting, styling, and individual screen settings.
Natural-colored hair can be professionally colored. We do not recommend bleaching, lightening, or recoloring our jet black hair.
Maison no. 5 is not responsible for damage resulting from bleaching, coloring, chemical processing, excessive heat, improper installation, or improper maintenance after delivery.
Pickup Policy
Next-day pickup is available for eligible orders within New York City and New Jersey.
Customers will receive pickup instructions once their order is confirmed and ready. Please do not arrive before receiving confirmation.
A valid photo ID and order confirmation may be required at pickup.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
Maison no. 5 is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
